The Wharf, riverside restaurant in Teddington

The Wharf sits on the riverbank opposite Teddington Lock, in a boathouse that once belonged to the Tough Bros. boatyard. Today it’s a glass-walled dining room with long views over the Thames. It was named one of OpenTable’s Top 100 restaurants for outdoor dining in the UK in 2024.

The menu mixes modern European cooking with British favourites, and fresh fish and shellfish take centre stage: English oysters, soufflé Suissesse, whole Dover sole, plus locally sourced meat and a wine list from both the Old and New Worlds. It also hosts weddings, parties and private events.
