The Collecterie is a lifestyle shop on the High Street. Its stock comes from artisan brands and handmade, small-batch makers around the world, and it covers most of the house: homewares, bathroom things, glassware and lovely stationery, from patterned notebooks to good pens and pencils.
What makes it more than a gift shop is the vintage. Antique and vintage furniture, mirrors, glassware and curiosities sit among the new pieces, so no two visits are quite the same. It’s an easy first stop for birthdays and housewarmings, and a hard one to leave empty-handed.
