Takaa Tak
Indian and Indo-Chinese cooking, with a clay oven doing the heavy lifting and classic Bollywood posters on the walls.
Takaa Tak brings Indian and Indo-Chinese food together under one roof. The heart of the menu is the clay oven: tandoori chicken and mixed grills, lamb chops, seekh kebabs, malai and haryali chicken tikka, and salmon tikka shashlik.
The room is bright and relaxed, with bare brick, velvet chairs in mustard and teal, posters of Bollywood classics like Sholay, and doors opening onto a small courtyard. There’s a wine list and an after-dinner coffee and liqueur menu, and the occasional music evening.
