Running, jumping and throwing for 5 to 12-year-olds, on the university's Sir Mo Farah Athletics Track.
SIMMSAthletics is the athletics club in St Mary’s University’s SIMMSport programme, and the sister club to SIMMSplitz gymnastics. It’s a recreational club for children of all abilities aged five to 12, and the sessions take place on the Sir Mo Farah Athletics Track.
Coaching follows the QuadKids and British Athletics 365 award schemes, so children build the fundamentals of running, jumping and throwing step by step. Sessions run on Monday and Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings, grouped by school year.
