Hayward's Dog Spa & Boutique

Look for the black hanging sign with the paw-print heart on Broad Street. Hayward’s is a family-run dog groomer that describes itself as “completely and madly in love with dogs”, and it puts your dog’s welfare, comfort and happiness first.

The menu covers full grooms, from breed-standard trims to practical pet styles, plus spa treatments, nail clips and ultrasonic teeth cleaning, and it grooms cats too. It’s particularly worth knowing about if your dog is nervous or getting on a bit, because the team offers gentle, patient handling.
